The machine is built to meet the most challenging task for solid waste shredding. 

Shredding chamber material: carbon steel welded with CO2 protection, stress relieved, processed by large machinery. 

Cutter shaft material: using high-performance 42CrMo mid frequency processing, to guarantee the strength and tenacity of the cutter shaft. The hexagon design prevents the cutter and spacer bush from sliding. 

Moving cutter material: High-strength and wearing-resistant alloy tool steel processed with several times of heat treatment and low temperature freezing treatment, leading to uniform tenacity. The cutter can be repaired for repeated use. 

Machine frame material: Welded with Q235-B(carbon steel+anti-corrosion), stress relieved, to ensure the machine stability under long-term heavy load . 

Control system: Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC control.
